Modern Day Slavery: A Censure OF Senator Ike Ekweremadu And Wife On Organ Harvesting Of A Child

Modern day slavery can be simply describe as Human Trafficking.

On Thursday 23rd June 2022 News about Senator Ike Ekweremadu And Wife Sonia Ekweremadu was in Circulation about their arrest by United Kingdom (UK) Police on the Organ Harvesting of a Child.

Organ Harvesting depict the removal of a tissue or body part of the deceased for Surgical transplant on the living.

In this Context Organ Harvesting provided it is done based on Consent and with regards to the provisions of the law and medical bill enacted by the Judiciary in the United Kingdom and the Extradition law, then we can say everything is in order.

As a matter of fact base on investigation Senator Ike Ekweremadu the Deputy Senate President of Nigeria from 2007 - 2019 representing Enugu west Senatorial District at the Upper Chamber has written the British High Commission in Abuja Nigeria on December 28, 2021 to grant Visa application to Ukpo Nwamini David who as at then is having medical investigation for a kidney donation to Ms Sonia Ekweremadu.

The dyslogistic there is that the Child whom his organ is to be harvested is an under age, he has not come of age under the provisions of the law, therefore he shouldn't be in the situation of organ harvesting.

The question that needs to be ask is that, is the law maker ignorant of the law or he have an ulterior motive in harvesting the organ of the child?

Let's wait for the Censure of the United Kingdom (UK) Court.
